The procedure for purchasing goods in our online store is very simple and consists of several steps.
1. Making an order
After selecting the product, click the Add to Cart button — the product will be added to your cart.
Next, if you have finished selecting the product, click your shopping cart.
The your shopping cart page will list all the items you have selected.
In the Quantity field, you can change the quantity of the product to purchase. After changing the quantity of the product, click the Recalculate button to recalculate the total amount of the order.
In the Actions column for each product, you can perform the following actions: either remove the product from the basket, or postpone the product for the future.
You can also enter the discount code in the appropriate field.
2. Registration and confirmation of the order
After entering the necessary information about the delivery of the goods (recipient's full name, delivery address, contact details, delivery option, payment method, etc.) to place an order, you need to click the Place order button.
A copy of the order will be sent to your e-mail address specified when placing the order.
Attention! Incorrectly entered phone number, inaccurate or incomplete address may lead to additional delay! Please check your personal information carefully when registering and placing an order.
After some time (usually within an hour) after making a purchase, our manager will contact you using the contact details provided when placing the order. It will be possible to coordinate the exact time and delivery dates with the manager, as well as clarify the details.
Note: For regular customers, there is a Registration on the store's website. In your account, you can view the contents of the shopping cart, the history of your orders, as well as repeat or cancel an order, subscribe to the store's newsletter.
3. Payment and prices
The prices indicated on the website are final and do not require additional payments under standard delivery conditions. All prices are without VAT.
For companies from Lithuania, an additional invoice is issued with VAT of 21%. For companies from the EU except Lithuania, a VAT payer's number is required and an invoice without VAT is issued.
Attention! For each individual order, there is only one payment method of your choice. It is not possible to pay for the order in parts using various methods.
Possible payment methods:
Сash payment.
Payment is made in cash to the courier upon delivery or at the store upon pickup. A receipt is sent along with the product.
Payment via Bank.
You can pay for the order at any bank branch through an IBAN account. You will be charged a commission for the money transfer service, according to your bank's tariffs
