Warranty

• All products sold on www.mitis.lt and www.mitis-machines.com are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, the terms of which are specified in the product description or as required by European Union regulations.

For industrial equipment (excluding consumable parts) purchased from www.mitis.lt and www.mitis-machines.com, the warranty period is 12 months, unless otherwise specified. This is a legal quality guarantee. By agreement, the manufacturer may offer an extended warranty period, in which case the manufacturer’s warranty terms will apply.

For spare parts purchased from www.mitis.lt and www.mitis-machines.com, the warranty period is 6 months, unless otherwise specified. The warranty does not cover wearable parts (such as needles, blades, etc.). This is a legal quality guarantee. By agreement, an extended warranty period may be established, but unless otherwise specified, the manufacturer’s warranty period applies by default.

Warranty Service and Support
Warranty service and maintenance are provided by additional agreement, which requires signing a supplementary contract for warranty services at the time of purchase, unless stated otherwise.
