Delivery

All products sold are brand new, in their original packaging, and come with the full manufacturer’s warranty.
The actual appearance of the product may sometimes differ from the images shown on the website. Depending on the device model, variations in color, operation, button placement, and control layout may occur.

If the ordered product is in stock, delivery will take 2-7 business days. The exact order fulfillment time will be confirmed individually after contacting you via the provided contact details.
If the ordered product is out of stock, we will contact you to provide an estimated delivery time.
The maximum delivery time is 3-5 weeks (special orders may take longer, subject to separate agreements).
Door-to-door delivery service is paid:
- Within the EU: €20
- Outside the EU: Delivery costs are negotiated individually.
For machines, industrial equipment, and other bulky items, delivery costs are provided upon request.
Self-pickup is available at our Vilnius office:
- Address: Tomo Žebrausko g.7, Vilnius
- Working hours: Monday - Friday: 9:00 - 18:00
- Weekend pickup from the warehouse is available by prior arrangement.
- Pre-arrangement of pickup date and time is required.
- Pickup fee: €20.

Upon receiving the product, inspect the packaging for any visible damages that could affect the product’s quality.
Any claims regarding product condition must be recorded in the delivery acceptance document before signing or refusing the delivery. Otherwise, the product is considered delivered in good condition.
Claims for hidden damages caused during transportation (not visible during an external inspection but noticeable after unpacking) must be reported within 3 business days.
If such an issue arises, contact us as soon as possible to assess the cause of the damage and avoid complications with compensation (such as price reduction, product replacement, or refund).
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00. Weekend and holiday deliveries are possible by separate agreement.
